Tuesday's Whole School Worship with Father Kevin

Father Kevin joined us today for our whole school worship. He reminded us how important it is to be thankful for the beautiful world that we have. He reminded us to be forgiving and to be grateful for everything that Father God has given us. As we approach the Harvest Festival, we need to remember how lucky we are and to be grateful for having such a happy life, knowing that we are surrounded by God's shining, bright light that is beaming down on us all.

Father Kevin helped us to remember these important values by using the story of the farmers who worked very hard, all day, to gather in all of the corn for Harvest. Even though some of the farmers worked harder than others, or for a longer period of time, they were still all paid the same amount of money.

Father God teaches us to be grateful for what we do have and to focus on the good things in life. The children acted out parts of the story and agreed that we are all very lucky and will try to say thank you for all of the things that make us happy every single day.
