If parents and carers select Leigh St. John's C of E Primary School as a preference, they must also complete our supplementary form in addition to the online application form. Parents and carers are strongly advised to read our school admissions criteria prior to making their preference. Parents and carers should be advised to return the supplementary form to a member of the office team at Leigh St. John's C of E Primary School. If supplementary forms are posted to the school, it is the responsibility of the applicant to check to ensure they have been received by our office team. Those parents applying under criterion 3 (regular worship at St. Mary the Virgin, Leigh) should be aware of the 'signing' day for supplementary forms, which is Saturday TBC 2026 between 9am and 1pm at the church. Church warden, Mr Marsh, will ratify church attendance against weekly registers and sign forms accordingly. Those applying under criterion 4 are advised to ensure that signed forms clearly indicate the six calendar months/dates the child attended the named church. |
