Working Together to Continually Improve the School

The school governing body knows the school really well. They use their experience to challenge and support leaders to continually improve the school. Governors check carefully that the school is taking the right actions in the best interests of all pupils.

Those responsible for governance do not manage the daily operations of the school; this is the job of the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team.

✔️Oversee the financial performance of the school

^{Those responsible for governance, in collaboration with the Headteacher, oversee school finances, setting priorities and budget allocation, guided by the school's strategic development plan. This strategic role ensures prudent financial management.}
