Breakfast with Santa!
Today, our Reception, Y1 and Y2 boys and girls had a very special visitor! Father Christmas flew to Leigh in his sleigh and landed on the roof. They heard footsteps and the jingle of bells from above. As they gathered to have some scrumptious fruit, toast, pancakes and croissants, Santa arrived with a gift for each of them!
He later visited every class to share his knowledge of special events that had been happening to some of our children. He knew that some of our children were going to have a new brother, or sister very soon, that some had been doing some fantastic learning and others had won awards for completing activities outside of school.
The children were ecstatic this morning when our wonderful visitor arrived! The magic of Christmas was definitely flooding through St John's!
