• Year Two Leavers' Ball

  Our 2013 leavers rocked the red carpet at this truly gamorous event which included a sun-basked outdoor disco with buffet, entertainment and refreshments.  Children enjoyed the attention of the demanding paparazzi whilst grown ups enjoyed a champagne reception.  Huge thanks go to all the families that attended this star studded event and of course much appreciation goes to the staff for their party planning preparations.  View the photographs NOW in our Leavers Ball Gallery!!!

• Magnificent Musical Assembly

  Our talented Year Two musicians took to the stage this morning in front of a packed audience of children and families to showcase their musical proficiency.  This celebratory assembly really was a culmination of the children's hard work and dedication in mastering a musical discipline.  Pupils confidently entertained their families and peers playing instruments including the violin, guitar, keyboard and recorder.  Well done to all those who took part!

• Let's Sing

  What an occasion!! Our Y2 choir participated in this prestigious musical extravaganza at DW Sports Arena in Wigan.  May local schools were represented with participants ranging from Y2 to Y6.  Our pupils were the youngest amongst many young people from all over the borough and they really sang their little hearts out.  It really was a memorable occasion and thanks go to the choir and their teachers, and of course all of the parents and carers who trekked to the other side of Wigan to see the show!

• Leigh Games 'An Olympic Festival for Local Schools'

  A huge congratulations to all our little olympians who represented our school at the very first 'Leigh Games.'  It was a magnificent event which showcased the talents of many local children and young people.  Our very own 'cheerleading' team were awarded the gold medal for their amazing routine and our 'infant agility participants' did fantastically well too in their event.  As always our little ones shone!!!
