• What a busy week

  What an exciting week in school it has been!  Our Open Day proved popular amongst our many visitors and our children as always were excellent ambassadors for school.  Our Y1, 2 and 3 children enjoyed their trips to the cinema and Y3 managed to cram in a visit to the archives too!

• Stay and Play sessions' for parents & carers

  It was wonderful to see such great attendance at our Autumn 'stay and play' sessions.  It was lovely to see parents joining in with phonics and guided reading.  As always we have appreciated your overwhelmingly positive feedback.

• We remember

  Today our children participated in a special remembrance assembly as well as observed a minute silence to remember those brave soldiers who died in the war.  Our pupils wore their poppies with pride.

• Meet the Junior Inspectors

  Thanks go to our fabulous Y3 pupils for helping school leaders to monitor the quality of teaching throughout schoo todayl, as well as helping to judge how happy & safe our children are in their  lessons.  They did an outstanding job completing written reports for Mrs Lightfoot.  Thank you!
